About

Hands-on care, grounded in evidence

I'm a Bachelor of Physiotherapy graduate (First Division, Sanskriti University) and have spent the last three years treating orthopaedic, spine and sports patients across Aundh and Baner — at Shashwat Multi-Speciality Hospital, Orthos Spine Super-Speciality Hospital and now Asian Ortho Spine Clinic with Dr. Shailesh Hadgaonkar, Chief Spine Surgeon at Sancheti Hospital.

My training began with a six-month internship at Northern Railway Central Hospital, New Delhi, rotating through orthopaedics, neurology, cardio-pulmonary and ICU rehabilitation. I'm currently pursuing a Fellowship in Orthopedic Physiotherapy at Sancheti Healthcare Academy, focusing on manual therapy, post-surgical rehabilitation and sports injury management.

  • Detailed assessment before any treatment — no guesswork
  • Personalised, phase-wise rehab programmes
  • Hands-on manual therapy combined with graded exercise
  • Clear home-exercise plans and equipment guidance
  • Patient education so you understand your body and prevent relapse

FAQ

Common questions

Still unsure? Ask the AI assistant or message directly — you'll get a reply on WhatsApp.

Do I need a doctor's referral to see a physiotherapist?

No. You can book directly. If you have reports, X-rays or MRI scans, bring them along — they help us plan treatment faster.

How long is a session and how many will I need?

A first consultation takes 45–60 minutes including assessment. Follow-ups are 30–45 minutes. Most patients see meaningful change within 4–6 sessions, but your plan is personalised after assessment.

Do you offer home visits?

Yes — home physiotherapy is available in Aundh, Baner, Pashan, Balewadi and nearby areas, especially for post-operative and elderly patients.

How is my appointment confirmed?

Choose WhatsApp, SMS or email when you book. You'll receive a confirmation on that channel with the date, time and location (or home-visit details).

What should I wear?

Comfortable, loose clothing that allows the affected area to be examined — shorts for knee/hip, a vest or sleeveless top for shoulder/neck.

Is the AI assistant a substitute for a consultation?

No. The AI tools provide general guidance and help you prepare for your visit. They don't diagnose. If you have severe pain, numbness, weakness or a recent injury, please book or seek urgent care.
